We have state-of-the-art equipment for the manufacture of our products in Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel.
The welds are carried out in a protective gas atmosphere with automatic MIG and TIG processes. The butt seams are full penetration in a single pass, giving the sheet ‚this type of joint in the weld area greater strength in running order. For this process we use an automatic machine of 8.5 meters in length to join the plates that make up the main body of the tank, in this way, only the entire tank is made into two pieces.
With approved welding procedures and qualified welders under the requirements of the ASME section IX code.
Both the bottoms and the separators and wave breakers are formed by pneumatic inflation in a 1500 ton press, thus achieving the corresponding arrow in compliance with international manufacturing standards, then the cold flange is overturned around its perimeter through a hydraulic flanging machine with copying on the model thus ensuring accuracy in all parts.
The main tube shaping process is done through a 6.20 meter bending machine. which allows to make any tank in only two pieces, this machine has the possibility of making straight or conical rolling, giving the possibility of forming straight or truncated-conical tanks
For all the manufacturing processes of rolling parts, accessories, protections, chassis, structures and sub-structures, we have Guillotines and Folding Machines, Rockers, Lathes, Formers, Rollers, Fixed and mobile holes, etc.
For surface treatment processes we have a sector for sandblasting and another for painting and polishing processes with air-les machines.
